St. George’s Degree College for Women was established by the Church of South India-Diocese of Medak in 1996 to cater to the needs of the higher education for girl students of all denominations. Thousands of students who graduated from the portals of this institution are women of substance today. We are humbled at the Almighty’s benevolent eye and grace on our Institution.
Our motto, Perseverantia Omnia Vincit( Perservance Conquers All), is mirrored by the successful students who have built a prominent niche for themselves in the society. The institution not only imparts knowledge to the students but also moulds and mends the incorrigible students to be better citizens of the society.
This institution provides yeoman help to the needy. We leave no stone unturned to shape and mould the lives of the students. The college has revolutionized the concept of knowledge by making it more interactive and responsive. The extracurricular activities; apart from the regular form, has opened up a plethora of opportunities for the younger generation to niche place in today’s world. In a nutshell the institution inculcates good ethical, moral values and to re-create self development virtues. The vision of achievement and excellence is possible because of our dedicated, efficient dynamic qualified and experienced lecturers.
